Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 23 Nov 2025
Welcome to 0x1 ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 0x.one website, the 0x1 trading interface, our DEX aggregation tools, and our AI-assisted trading features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. About 0x1
0x1 provides a non-custodial interface that allows users to access perpetual futures markets and liquidity sourced from third-party decentralized exchanges, including but not limited to:
- Orderly Network
- Aster DEX
- Other future integrations
0x1 does not execute trades, does not hold user assets, and does not provide brokerage or financial services. All transactions are executed directly on the underlying third-party protocols.
0x1 also integrates AI-based strategy tools powered by external partners (including Clypt). These tools are provided "as-is" and operate independently of 0x1.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Are not located in, or a resident of, any restricted jurisdiction
- Are not subject to sanctions or limitations under applicable law
- Are permitted to use decentralized trading tools in your local jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 0x1 complies with applicable laws.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
0x1 is a non-custodial interface:
- We do not store private keys
- We do not control user wallets
- We do not have access to user funds
- We do not execute, confirm, or settle transactions
All transactions occur directly between you and the third-party protocols you choose to interact with. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys.
4. Third-Party Protocols & Integrations
By using 0x1, you acknowledge that trading and blockchain interactions are performed on protocols not operated or controlled by 0x1. This includes but is not limited to:
- Order execution
- Slippage behavior
- Fee structures
- Liquidations
- Smart contract operations
Each third-party protocol is subject to its own terms, rules, risks, and limitations. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from smart contract vulnerabilities, downtime, trading errors, API issues, liquidations, market volatility, or execution delays. Your use of these protocols is entirely at your own risk.
5. AI Trading Tools
0x1 integrates external AI-powered tools ("AI Tools") for creating trading strategies, bots, or automation. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI Tools are not investment advice
- Output is experimental, unverified, and may contain errors
- AI Tools cannot guarantee profitability
- You must review and validate all AI-generated strategies
- You use AI Tools voluntarily and at your own risk
If you choose to connect third-party API keys (e.g., CEX keys) to AI tools, this is done directly with the AI provider. 0x1 does not access, store, or process your API keys.
6. No Financial Advice
The content on 0x1—including analytics, AI-generated text, and trading tools—does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading digital assets and perpetual futures involves high risk, including loss of capital or entire liquidation. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate prices, markets, or data
- Not engage in prohibited trading activity
- Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools except those explicitly provided
- Not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or system weaknesses
- Not attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Services
You are fully responsible for your wallet, transactions, and use of third-party tools.
8. No Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including reliability, accuracy, availability, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance. We do not warrant the correctness of market data, execution information, or AI outputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0x1 shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, liquidations, smart contract vulnerabilities, errors from third-party protocols, data loss, downtime, lost profits, or indirect/consequential damages. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0x1 is incorporated or operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
